Account Deletion Request
App: FIT PACT
You have the right to delete your FIT PACT account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request, what data will be removed, and what (if anything) is retained.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request account deletion using either of the following methods:
Option 1: In-App (Recommended)
- Open the FIT PACT app and sign in
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and data will be permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to rppstudio26@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your FIT PACT account
- Your username (if known)
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account & Profile: Name, email, username, password, and profile photo
- Pacts: All accountability pacts you created
- Check-ins: All activity submissions, notes, and check-in photos
- Social data: Pact memberships, invitations sent and received
- Notifications: Push notification tokens and notification preferences
- AI conversations: All coaching chat history and AI interaction records
- Points & Badges: Gamification points, streaks, and earned badges
- Subscription status: Your premium entitlement record in our system
What Is Retained
A limited amount of data may be retained after deletion for legal and billing purposes:
- Purchase & billing records: Transaction records related to in-app subscriptions are retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations. These records do not contain your app content or activity data.
- Apple / Google billing history: Purchase history managed by Apple App Store or Google Play is subject to Apple's and Google's own data retention policies and cannot be deleted by us.
Processing Time
In-app deletions take effect immediately. Email-based deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
